Huawei Nova 13 teaser reveals camera and rear design

Huawei today shared the first teaser of the Nova 13 series, revealing its new and impressive design. This time, the company upgraded the rear side and camera look of the device. The latest appearance is more innovative and appealing to the eyes.

According to the teaser’s caption, the Nova 13 series is more fashionable as well as innovative than its predecessors. It comes with a better design and enhanced camera aspects. These changes will surely deliver a more efficient experience to users.

Huawei Nova 13 series teaser shows a distinct design from the Nova 12 handsets. Starting from the rear side, the device adopts a unique plaid look (crossed lines). The checkered pattern is quite impressive and gives an interwoven feel to hands.

Previous-gen models were bound to the rococo pattern. But this time, the phone maker has used a different design for its Nova models with a touch of comfort.

The grass green shade and matching lines on the back panel show creativity at its peak level. This would likely be the star shade in the Nova 13 family with a classic design. Apart from green, other color variants could be White, Black, and Purple.

Camera Design

Huawei has continued the use of a giant pill-shaped camera module at the back which complements the rear side design. This pill has become larger and shows a distinct lens arrangement (four openings) over the Nova 12 series smartphones.

The camera sensors are placed in a square pattern, ditching a big star ring lens at the middle or the top. The outer thin rim of the camera bump has the same Nova branding throughout. Huawei has always given a new look to its Nova lineups and the teaser shows that the 13th series is no exception in this matter.

The teaser description reads that Nova 13 models will feature a front and rear multi-focal length portrait sensor. It hints that the firm has further upgraded the camera performance to deliver a better photography experience to its users.

Next, users may see dual LED flash arranged at the top and bottom for more lighting for dim light or dark surroundings. Other key specs are currently unknown.

However, some early inputs claimed that the top-end variants of the Nova 13 series will bring three cameras alongside a telephoto shooter. We may get more details on this matter in the coming days.
