Huawei Nova 13 series launch tipped to be delayed
A new leak regarding the Huawei Nova 13 series suggests that the lineup could be delayed to a new launch date. The upcoming Nova models might reach a little late on the consumer platform compared to the expected time, just like its predecessor.
Tipster @BeijingDigitalMaster mentions that the Huawei Nova 13 series will likely launch in the early third quarter of this year. The leak hints at a date for July 2024.
Compared to the new detail, an early input predicted that the next Nova lineup could show up in June, probably at HDC 2024. The OEM scheduled the Developer Conference on June 21, which sounds a perfect time to introduce new products.
But the recent leak says that the tipped launch date for the Huawei Nova 13 series may be delayed, shifting to a new timeline. Note that the company has not confirmed the release news yet. Hence we need to wait for the official words on this matter.

The storyline is similar to the Nova 12 series launch, which has been in the postponement rumors for a long time before the official release. However, the tech giant finally surprised its consumers by unveiling it in December-end last year.
Expected Configurations:
Huawei Nova 13 models may equip the newly launched Kirin 9010 chip. It debuted with the Pura 70 Ultra smartphone and has overclocked cores to provide more efficient performance than the Kirin 9000s. It will also fetch 5G network capabilities.
Another revelation says that the approaching Nova handsets may sport a 1.5K display panel and continue to bear the dual front camera, just like its predecessors.
Other changes may appear regarding the XMAGE imaging system upgrade and basalt coating for the high-end models: Nova 13 Pro and Ultra. But again, an official word on this matter still awaits.
