Huawei Nova 12 Ultra to feature Kirin 9000SL chipset and 12 Pro equips Kirin 8000
Huawei Nova 12 series will launch tomorrow and the mystery of its processor has finally been unfolded. According to the new inputs, Huawei Nova 12 Ultra is likely to feature the Kirin 9000SL chipset whereas the Pro variant may adopt the Kirin 8000.
In recent times, we heard several rumors revealing key specs of the Nova 12 models. However, the chipset continued to be secret. Meanwhile, a few reports suggested a slightly adjusted Kirin version for the top-end Nova 12 handsets, yet nothing seems to be clear at that moment.
Finally, tipster @DigitalChatStation has dropped new leaks as last-minute details for the upcoming Nova lineup. Highlighting the processor, the post reads that the Huawei Nova 12 Ultra will pack with the Kirin 9000SL chipset whereas the Pro model will bring on the Kirin 8000 chip.
On the flip side, the Active Nova 12 device could appear with the Snapdragon 778 4G chipsets. This also confirms that the Huawei Nova 12 series will include both 4G and 5G models, and users can pick one of these as per their requirements.
New Kirin Processors
Speaking of the Kirin chipsets, the Kirin 9000sL processor still considered as a downclocked of the Kirin 9000. It will 2.3GHz as the CPU frequency. On the other hand, the Kirin 8000 will be slightly inferior to the Ultra model’s chip. Currently, it is at the unknown stage for its configurations.
