Huawei MeeTime is testing Red Envelop feature with 2.1.2.321 version

Huawei provides a free communication application for consumers – Huawei MeeTime that allows audio and video calls using either Wi-Fi or mobile data. Now, Huawei has started testing the MeeTime Red Envelop feature with app version 2.1.2.321 in China.

To experience the Red Envelop feature, the users need to download the Huawei MeeTime 2.1.2.321 app version that comes with an installation package size of 81MB. To be mentioned, this feature testing activity is available between January 28, 2022, to February 15, 2022.

Additionally, Huawei is also giving an opportunity to win flagship Huawei P40, Huawei Watch GT 2, and power bank by submitting relevant feedback. The MeeTime team will review the feedback and lucky results will be announced on February 25, 2022.

Red Envelop:

In the MeeTime app, the Red Envelop function has appeared below the chat dialog box. It is expected to use HMS Core’s payment capability to use Huawei Wallet. Last week, the company has initially begun the public beta testing of the Red Envelope feature.

Huawei MeeTime app allows you to make 1080p HD video calls using either Wi-Fi or mobile data. However, the Video calls are crystal clear even in poor environments. It has a wide range of handy features, including beauty mode, screen sharing, and 360-degree background switching.

This communication app also can divert calls between a range of devices, including tablets, speakers, and smart TVs, and even use drones and motion cameras to share videos in real-time.
