Huawei MatePad Pro series receiving improvements for M Pen 2, Notepad encryption, display optimizations and more
After the release of EMUI 11, Huawei rapidly started recruiting its flagship devices for EMUI 11 beta testing program. After completion of recruitment, the company has released the first, second EMUI 11 beta, and stable EMUI 11 version for the MatePad Pro series alongside P40 and Mate 30 series.
Now, Huawei has released a new EMUI 11 version that comes with the new features, which supports Huawei M-Pen 2 stylus, added new privacy notepad encryption function as well as optimization for application and display.
Recently, Huawei has announced the EMUI 11 beta tester recruitment for MatePad Pro global users. After the completion of the recruitment and beta process, global users will soon receive EMUI 11 stable version.

EMUI VERSION:
Huawei MatePad Pro series receiving EMUI 11 version 11.0.0.150 from 11.0.0.145. Currently, this update is rolling out in China and available for no log users who have registered for the closed beta.
EMUI CHANGELOG:
Stylus Pen:
- Support connections with Huawei M-Pen 2 stylus. You can use Huawei M-Pen 2 to connect to Huawei Mate 40 series, MatePad Pro, and switch freely between devices.
Privacy Encryption:
- A single notepad can be encrypted and important notepad information can be locked to protect your private data
Application:
- Optimizes the experience of some applications in parallel vision and computer mode
Display:
- Optimizes the display effect of some interface in the smart multi-window scene
Note:
- The update is rolling out in batches so it may take some time/days to reach your device.
- The update will not erase your data.
