Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 gets first update with system optimizations
Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 is receiving its first update with a handful of new system optimizations in China. Alongside, the company is adding new vivid emoticon styles that offer a more responsive look on the device’s screen.
A few months back, Huawei launched the MatePad Pro 13.2 tablet in the native region with eye-catching features and dynamic characteristics. It sports a borderless immersive screen and is the world’s first flexible OLED tablet.
On the flip side, the tablet accompanies exclusive PC-level apps and supports account cloud synchronization. Everything combined, MatePad Pro 13.2 offers a seamless experience to its users.
To maintain these functionalities, Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 is getting its first update. Accordingly, the latest firmware is arriving with the HarmonyOS build version 4.0.0.152. We suggest keeping sufficient storage for uninterrupted installation.
Looking into the changelog, the latest update adds new emoji styles for the off-screen display. Users can check the feature in Settings > Home Screen and Personalization > Screen-Off display.
On the flip side, the firmware optimizes the charging experience, increasing the power efficiency. Last but not least, the corresponding tablet owners will find better visual effects while conducting video conferencing on WeChat.
Note that the update is rolling out in batches and may take a few days to cover all the units in the region. By that time, you can slide into the system settings and carry out the manual installation, if a new version is available.
