Huawei MatePad 11 gets September 2022 update
Huawei MatePad 11 is getting a new software update in the global market that brings it September 2022 security patch released to improve the HarmonyOS 2 software.
According to the information, the Huawei MatePad 11 is receiving a September 2022 update with HarmonyOS 2 version 2.0.0.255 and update package size of 265 megabytes. However, you should know that this rollout is expanding in batches and may take some time to reach all users.
HarmonyOS 3?
Still, Huawei is testing HarmonyOS 3 in the Chinese market and the global users of MatePad 11 may have to wait a bit to get the major software update. However, you can keep an eye on the firmware section to check for the latest rollouts.
To do so, you first need to open Settings, then tap on System & updates > from here tap on the Software updates, and then follow on-screen instructions to download and install the newest HarmonyOS version.
As a reminder, the update may take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection, the tablet will restart after the update is installed successfully. However, you must have to maintain sufficient storage on your table to get the new firmware installed.
