Huawei MatePad 11 December 2021 update is expanding in Europe

Huawei MatePad 11 tablet users in Europe has started receiving the latest HarmonyOS security update released in the month of December 2021. The latest Huawei MatePad 11 update is expanding post last month’s rollout that began on December 22.

According to Huaweiblog, Huawei MatePad 11 December 2021 software update in Europe comes with HarmonyOS 2.0 version 2.0.0.225. Users of this tablet will have to download an OTA update package size of 216 megabytes. For your information, the active rollout is expanding in batches and may take some time to cover this tablet in the European markets.

On this matter, you can take some precautions before downloading the latest software update. First, you are suggested to make a backup of important files to avoid loss of essential data. On the other hand, keep an optimum amount of battery levels, so your tablet won’t run out of power. Moreover, the update installation process may take some time. Once restarted, the device will optimize software for the first use case.

Meanwhile, you can check the following instruction to download this software update on your MatePad 11 tablet. To do so, open Settings, then visit System & updates, then tap on Software updates.
