Huawei Mate XT equips variable aperture camera technology
Huawei Mate XT has not only mastered in terms of display or battery but also variable aperture technology. With a triple camera setup, advanced aperture tech, and XMAGE imaging system, the device promises a brilliant photography experience.
The company unveiled the world’s first tri-fold with dynamic camera specs. Despite a thin and light foldable, the Mate XT uses three lenses packed in an octagonal frame.
For parameters, the triple-foldable phone features a 50MP CMOS main camera sensor (1/1.56-inch sensor) alongside 10-speed variable aperture technology (f/1.4 ∼ f/4.0). It also has a 12MP ultrawide angle lens and a 12MP periscope with 5.5x zoom.
As per the specs details, the Huawei Mate XT is the first foldable product to feature a 10-speed variable aperture camera technology. This technology can easily regulate the aperture size based on the scenario or environment to process perfect lighting.
Variable aperture ensures efficient control of light intake to capture the best view even in dim light. It has a diaphragm that manages the amount of light passing through the sensor. The tech leads to more blurred backgrounds with vibrant images.
The Chinese OEM introduced the variable aperture technology with the Mate 50 smartphones. Over time, the company kept upgrading it with more refinements and better features. Now Huawei has imposed this tech to the first tri-fold.
Mate XT variable aperture camera tech can easily capture ultra-clear shots at all focal lengths. It automatically adjusts the light and shadow effects to maintain the delicacy of the image. Thus, users get softer, brighter, and clearer capturing in all scenarios.
