Huawei Mate Xs getting new EMUI 11 beta with brings Picture-in-Picture camera preview
Huawei has released the second EMUI 11 beta software update for Huawei Mate Xs. This update brings the new EMUI 11 version with added a telephoto picture-in-picture preview feature, optimization for system stability, and installs the October 2020 security patch.
Previously, the Huawei Mate 30 series has grabbed a similar EMUI 11 public beta, which makes zoom camera picture capture easier by using a picture-in-picture preview camera effect and comes with a number of new improvements.
SOFTWARE CHANGELOG:
Camera: Adds a Picture-in-Picture preview frame in the viewfinder when the zoom level is set to 15x or higher to help you focus.
System: Optimizes system stability in some situations.
Security: Integrated Android security patches released in October 2020 for improved system security.
Security patch details:
October 2020 security update install security fixes for different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 21 high levels and 1 medium level of CVEs.
SOFTWARE VERSION:
Huawei Mate Xs receiving the October 2020 update with EMUI 11.0.0.146 upgrading from EMUI 11.0.0.126. This update is rolling out in China and the company may soon release for global users.
