Huawei Mate 70 series rumored specs sheet surfaced online
Leaks and rumors for Huawei Mate 70 models continue to circle online and the latest one brings a giant specs sheet. Yes, we now have a rumored specs page that mainly reveals the camera and charging parameters of the upcoming flagship lineup.
Huawei has announced the Mate 70 series this morning. It even showcased the first look of the device and initiated the official reservation activity for the public.
Although the key specifications and features of the long-awaited lineup are still unknown. To relieve consumers’ excitement, a tipster has shared a speculated specs sheet of Huawei Mate 70 phones ahead of its official unveiling, set for November 26.
UncleKanshan has shared the Mate 70 series specs sheet on Weibo. All four models (Standard, Pro, Pro+, and RS Ultimate Design) are present in this parameters sheet.
Let’s explore each model one by one!
Standard Mate 70
The standard model is said to feature 66W fast charging. It will have three storage variants: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 12GB + 1TB (already confirmed by the official reservation). However, something worth noting is the optical setup.
Huawei Mate 70 may feature three lenses (a 50MP main camera + 40MP ultrawide-angle shooter, and a 12MP periscope sensor) and a 16MP infrared sensor.
Note: Infrared Sensor (IR) is capable of detecting those objects and radiations that are invisible to the human eye. It is also known as a proximity sensor and can set the focal length for an object as per its distance even in low-light conditions.
Mate 70 Pro
The Pro variant may facilitate users with 100W fast charging. It will have two unlocking options: a front ToF (Time-of-Flight) face unlock sensor and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The latter could also equip ultrasonic technology.
Regarding the camera, the phone could use the same setup as the standard model but with different specs. It may bring a 50MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, a 40MP ultrawide-angle shooter, and a 16MP infrared sensor.
Mate 70 Pro+
Many of us were expecting an optical fingerprint solution with the top-end Mate 70 models. Although the rumored specs sheet suggests that the Mate 70 Pro+ will use the side-mounted fingerprint sensor as the other two siblings.

Mate 70 RS Ultimate Design
The Mate 70 RS specifications are similar to the Mate 70 Pro+. But as said, these are rumored parameters. The exact details of the Mate 70 devices are still unclear. Hence, we have to wait for the official launch to know the accurate specs of the flagship lineup.
