Huawei Mate 70 series featuring Kirin 9020 chip begins first sale
The wait is over! Huawei Mate 70 series with four models went live on its first sale. The flagship lineup is open for selling purposes in both online and offline stores. Consumers can visit the VMall channel to pick their favorite model right away.
Huawei launched the Mate 70 series on November 26. Instead of a Pioneer Plan, the company promoted its new Mate models at a grand-scale event last month.
Now these Huawei Mate 70 series smartphones are open for their first sale. All four models: Standard, Pro, Pro+, and RS Ultimate are available on the sale shelf.
Consumers can visit the official VMall site or the nearest experience store to buy the new handset. Below, we’re sharing the memory variants and their price details for each model. You can select the storage options as per your requirements.
Standard Mate 70: The classic version comes in four colors: Black, White, Green, and Purple. It has three storage variants: 12GB +256GB for 5499 yuan, 12GB + 512GB for 5999 yuan, and 12GB + 1TB for 6999 yuan.
Mate 70 Pro: The Pro model also has the same color schemes as the classic version. It comes in three storage options paired with 12GB RAM: 256GB priced at 6499 yuan, 512GB for 6999 yuan, and 1TB for 7999 yuan.
Mate 70 Pro+: The Huawei Mate 70 Pro has four new shades: Gold-Silver Brocade, Sky Blue, Feathers White, and Ink Rhyme Black. It is available in two storage options: 16GB + 512GB priced at 8499 yuan and 16GB + 1TB for 9499 yuan.
Huawei Mate 70 RS Ultimate Design: The device lands on the ground in a sporty look with three colors – Black, Red, and White. It also has two storage versions: 16GB + 512GB for 11999 yuan and 16GB + 1TB for 12999 yuan.

Specifications
Huawei Mate 70 series smartphones slightly vary in terms of parameters. For instance, the standard model equips a 6.7-inch OLED screen whereas, the other three models have a 6.9-inch screen. All these panels bring FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, 1.07 billion colors, and a P3 wide color gamut.
The standard handset features Kirin 9010 chipset while the other three handsets bring the all-new Kirin 9020 processor with upgraded cores and improved performance. HarmonyOS NEXT is another major characteristic of these smartphones.
All four models bring a quad-camera setup on the rear side with a 50MP main lens, a 40MP ultrawide-angle shooter, a 48MP super macro telephoto (12MP for standard), and a 1.5MP multi-spectral sensor for accurate color restoration in pictures.
The front side has a 13MP selfie lens with a 3D depth sensor (2D face recognition for standard). Speaking of the battery, the Mate 70 packs a 5300mAh cell with 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The Pro and Pro+ handsets have a 5500mAh and 5700mAh battery respectively with 100W charging.
Meanwhile, the RS Ultimate version comes with a 5700mAh battery and 100W wired charging. Other features in the list count satellite paging, Ark engine for smoother performance, AI features like air gesture file sharing, AI noise reduction for calls, AI messages, AI summaries, and more.
