Huawei Mate 60 to feature 50MP triple camera system
A new leak suggests that Huawei Mate 60 standard version will come with a 50MP triple camera system. There may be some new improvements in the camera imaging technology thanks to the Huawei XMAGE.
Tipster DigitalChatStation said that Huawei Mate 60 will equip 50MP main camera, including a telephoto camera and probably an ultra-wide angle lens. On the front side, the phone will carry a 6.7-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution.
Given these inputs, the tipster mentioned that the device is a bit like Mate 50 in measurement but not entirely.
Huawei Mate 50 measures 161.5mm in height, 76.1mm in width, and 7.98mm in depth. The body of this phone weighs 206 grams. The front side of the device offers a 6.7-inch screen with 1.07 billion colors and a 90Hz refresh rate along with 2700×1224 pixels resolution.
In comparison, the entire Huawei P60 series features a 1-120hz adaptive refresh rate and this should also come to the full Mate 60 lineup.
Talking about the camera, Huawei Mate 50 featured a 50 MP main camera with a variable aperture between F1.4 to F4.0. The triple camera also includes a 13 MP ultra-wide angle camera (F2.2 aperture) and a 12 MP telephoto camera (F3.4 aperture, OIS).
Aside from the megapixel count, we can expect some improved camera quality in the upcoming sensor. However, we will need to wait for more information on this matter.
