May 2024 security patch is approaching Huawei Mate 60 series and Mate X5 foldable users with new improvements. The phone maker has released the latest update in a phased rollout and it will take a few days to cover all the eligible units in China.
Huawei Mate 60 and Mate X5 are receiving the May 2024 update and its improvements with the HarmonyOS 4.2.0.128 version. Make sure to have at least 1.2GB of storage free in your device to download the firmware without any issues.
With the new rollout, the company optimized the newly added themes for the devices and made them more intuitive. The firmware also enhances the user experience of the device in certain scenarios, making it more stable and responsive to operations.
Another addition is the May 2024 security patch that aims to erase any glitch of troubling bug from the device’s system. It increases the potential of fighting malicious issues and exploits so that your data can remain safe at all costs.
