Huawei Mate 60 series is still in huge demand among consumers. That says a recent report where the flagship lineup sales exceeded by 10 million units, as of June 2024. It’s a new achievement for the company amid high U.S.-China tensions.
Now the Chinese OEM is busy working on Mate 70 series and the Mate X6 foldable. Both devices will bring a powerful Kirin chip and a set of new AI capabilities. The company is also upgrading the optical framework and design of these models to some extent.
It would be worth looking if the company slows down Mate 60 production following the Mate 70 and Mate X6 development in the coming days.
