Huawei Mate 60 RS CAD renders

Huawei Mate 60 series is going to be a new lineup and the exposure of Mate 60 RS Porsche Design CAD renders suggests that the company could surprise us with a new notch display and an octagon camera system.

The CAD renders are coming from tipster DigitalChatStation and show interesting design specs similar to the Mate 50 RS and what we’re hearing about the upcoming Mate 60 series. This combination has led to the formation of the Huawei Mate 60 RS.

Talking about the Huawei Mate 60 RS renders, there are two major changes in design including – the front wide cutout and a familiar octagon camera on the back. Starting with the front, the display has a wide pill shape cutout in the top center. This removes the notch from Mate 50 Pro and sits just beneath the head.

Notably, there’s some gap between the cutout and the top frame. Specifically, the width is larger than what we’ve seen in the past leaks. Therefore, it could house high-quality front cameras and a better facial recognition system. The CAD render also indicates that the display has low bezels all and moderate side curves.

The right side of the device includes a volume rocker and power button. The top side has secondary speakers. The bottom consists of the primary mic, USB C, and primary speakers. Al side has round endings.

On the rear side, you can see an octagon camera bump design, this is quite similar to the Mate 50 RS and Mate 40 RS. But the lens placement is now adjusted in four directions instead of being parallel in two rows. There are also a few other openings shown in the renders shown in the camera section, which may refer to more sensors.

The appearance looks quite promising but we don’t have an official confirmation on this Huawei Mate 60 RS cad design. Yet, we do know that the company is ready to unveil the Mate 60 series and it will happen soon enough.
