Huawei Mate 60 Pro launches 90-day pre-order subscription with random delivery time

Huawei today announced the launch of a 90-day pre-order subscription for the Huawei Mate 60 Pro smartphone in China. The entire concept of this 90-day pre-order subscription will enable random delivery to the buyer. In simple words, the customer can receive their Huawei Mate 60 Pro unit anytime or any day within the 90-day pre-order subscription period.

Huawei’s official online store, Vmall mentioned that the company has been seeing huge demand since the launch of its “Pioneer Program” in August this year. Therefore, the company is exploring more ways to deliver more Mate 60 Pro’. After placing the 90-day pre-order subscription, users can cancel the order anytime while waiting for the shipment.

Short supply:

Seeing the massive demand, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro is running hot and at the same time, it’s also short in supply due to slow manufacturing. The whole series is currently out of stock online as well as on third-party stores such as JD.com. People are facing issues in fetching a unit booked for themselves.

Nonetheless, Huawei’s offline stores are also running dry of supplies, which is also promising to ship the unit within two to three months of delivery wait. Via unofficial sales channels, retailers are selling Huawei Mate 60 Pro at a higher price than regular or official stores.

A past report suggests that the latest impact on sales and availability is the result of a slow supply chain. The sales of this new flagship have surprised Huawei and its supply chain partners. Thereafter, Huawei continuously placed new orders of required components, and its employees are working overtime to meet the market demand.

Huawei Mate 60 Pro comes with a 6.82-inch quad-curve OLED screen with 2720x 1260 pixels resolution. The screen supports a 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate.

The phone packs a 5000mAh battery, which can recharge with an 88W super fast wired charging. This new flagship uses a 50MP main rear camera with variable aperture technology. Aside from the main sensor, the phone offers a 12MP ultra-wide angle and a 48MP super macro telephoto camera.
