Huawei Mate 60 concept render shows familiar design
Even before the launch of the Huawei P60 series, we’ve been seeing inputs on Huawei Mate 60 series and its launch this year, but there’s a new concept render, anticipating some interesting designs.
This new concept render is coming from well known Weibo tipster, Huawei Mate 60 Series. The tipster wrote that the design is quite similar to what we’ve seen in the Huawei Mate 40 and we agreed.
Looking at the rear, the camera will remain Oreo or round and there’s a familiar setup. At first glance, we can identify this phone’s rear side as a mix between the Huawei Mate 50 and Mate 40.
Specifically, the camera arrangement (all four) is inside a square formation along with a LED flash. But the middle part contains a small branding area like the Mate 40 series.
This area contains the “XMAGE” label. However, even as the first smartphone with XMAGE technology, Huawei refrained from branding the Huawei Mate 50 Pro with the XMAGE label anywhere on the rear design.
The concept is based on the same black color. From what we can observe, the screen also has a single hole-punch on the front. This is completely different from the Mate 50 Pro featuring a wide notch. Although, there is various sensor in work in the current Mate flagship but these may not be fancy in the next one.
Overall, it’s quite appealing because it’s deeply intertwined with the Huawei Mate 40 series. The tipster has recalled that this is not a final design because there may be some changes that could appear even at the very last moment of the development.
Conclusion:
This is a concept render and cannot be taken as an official announcement. It’s a third-party source linked below. Also, there’s a lot more to appear in the story of the Huawei Mate 60 series and these concept renders are just part of the anticipation.
