Huawei Mate 50 Pro grabs June 2024 EMUI security patch

After the EMUI 14.2 offering, Huawei Mate 50 Pro users are now receiving the June 2024 security patch. The latest firmware ensures to resolve any issues or hidden bugs found in the major upgrade and boosts the overall security system of the device.

Huawei has rolled out the EMUI 14.2 update for Mate 50 Pro at the onset of this month. The update was full of new features like interactive themes, Live View, SuperHub 2.0, a powerful Ark Engine, and the May 2024 patch for improved security.

The company has served this update to both beta and non-beta testers for an enhanced user experience. After the major rollout, it’s time to improve the Mate 50 Pro handset with the latest June 2024 security patch and some common bug fixes.

Mate 50 Pro users in the global market are receiving the June 2024 patch with the EMUI version 14.2.0.142 and a package of 380 Megabytes. It is better to check the storage space and battery level (at least 45%) before proceeding with the installation.
