Huawei Mate 40 Pro gets December 2022 EMUI update
Huawei is rolling out December 2022 update for the Mate 40 Pro smartphone in the global market that comes with the latest EMUI security patches for the flagship device.
As for now, Huawei Mate 40 Pro is receiving December 2022 update with EMUI firmware version 12.0.0.296. It is rolling out in batches and it will be available gradually among users in different markets.
It follows the Huawei P40 Pro‘s installation of the December 2022 EMUI software update. However, it would be interesting to see whether the company intends to send a major update next.
What’s next?
Yes, EMUI 13 is the next major software update that we are looking forward to. And Huawei Mate 40 Pro will be the first to participate in the beta activity. However, Huawei has not published any roadmap related to this matter.
