According to the changelog, this update is part of the recent rollout and comes with HarmonyOS version 3.0.0.300. Also, users of the Huawei Mate 30 series will have to download HarmonyOS 3.1 features with a package size of 1.38GB.

To be mentioned, HarmonyOS 3.1 features are released while retaining the HarmonyOS 3.0 OTA version.
