Huawei Mate 20 series gets new HarmonyOS features update including swipe left and right from the control panel
Huawei Mate 20 series with HarmonyOS 2 is receiving a bunch of new features in China, which comes with a new user experience as well as features.
A few days ago, Huawei initiated the rollout of major features for flagship HarmonyOS powered devices that are now expanding. This update initially began for the Huawei P40 series.
According to the information, the Huawei Mate 20 series update comes with HarmonyOS 2 version 2.0.0.165 and an update package size of 1.18GB. This firmware version for the Mate 20 models comes with the following features and changes.
Camera:
Fix the problem that the camera watermark cannot be automatically rotated in some scenes
Control Panel:
The Control panel and notification center can be quickly switched by swiping left and right. Optimize the interface display of the control center.
Application Assistant:
Optimize the operation experience of the drop-down status bar in the game scene
Safety:
Incorporate security patches to enhance mobile phone system security.
Huawei Mate 20 series details:
Compared to the P40 series, the company has not rolled out the new service center and multi-mode camera features for the Mate 20 series. However, the rest of the changes will surely improve the user experience as planned by the company.
