Huawei Mate 10 Pro get time zone update (global)

Huawei Mate 10 Pro global models can run EMUI 12 but the interesting fact is the company is sending some important patches to improve this veteran flagship with new software optimizations including the recent time zone update.

These types of patches are essential to improve the time zone of the smartphone and help the phone to provide services based on the selected time zone of the region. Huawei sends these updates occasionally to ensure that the devices work smoother.

Our tipster reveals that the small time zone patch update is expanding for Huawei Mate 10 Pro in the Middle East and comes with a 221Kb tiny package size. The phone will restart to settle the optimizations once it’s installed.

As the changelog consists of nothing more than a note of “New time zone information available”. Furthermore, it doesn’t include a build version since it only contains this small improvement onboard.

HarmonyOS 3 in China:

Aside from the global version, the Huawei Mate 10 series is eligible to download HarmonyOS 3 in China. Recently, it received a stable rollout in China. The latest version of the Huawei operating system brings new features to Huawei Mate 10 series.
