Huawei MAEXTRO S800 received over 2000 pre-orders in two days of launch

Huawei MAEXTRO S800 sedan has exceeded 2000 pre-orders within two days of launch. The company has only opened the device for pre-sale and it already started making achievements. It seems the S800 is getting attention for its royal appearance.

MAEXTRO S800 debuted on November 26 at the Mate 70 launch stage. It adopts Huawei’s cutting-edge technologies that can redefine the future of ultra-luxury cars.

After the unveiling, Huawei pushed the electric sedan into the pre-booking lane. Within 2 days of its official debut, Huawei MAEXTRO S800 surpassed 2000 pre-orders.

The smart car has received a total of 2108 orders in 48 hours since its pre-sale. Yu Chengdong – Huawei Smart Automotive Solutions Business Group Chairman reposted an official-looking poster on his Weibo account, confirming the latest news.

Note: Consumers who want to pre-order the new smart car have to deposit 20000 yuan. This further hints that the car received over 40 million yuan in deposits already.

JAC Motors and Huawei have jointly built the MAEXTRO brand’s first car – S800. It comes as an ultra-high-end (a million-level flagship) vehicle in the market. It has a dimension of 5480 x 2000 x 1536mm and a wheelbase of 3370mm.

S800 showcases a special design on the front face with two horizontal and one vertical light group. The overall appearance gives a feel of galaxy-like brightness. The device also features a dual-tone layout but the interior part is still behind the scenes.
