Huawei launches temporary cloud storage to help format smartphone

Today, Huawei launched a cloud service in China for smartphone users to help them format their smartphones without worrying about the storage of data.

To accompany this task, Huawei now offering free storage to keep all of the phone’s data on Huawei Cloud. This data will be kept only for a limited time, and the company will notify the user to restore it within a day.

The backup notes that the temporary Huawei Cloud storage is currently launched for Huawei P40 and Mate 30 series smartphones and allows users to perform worry-free format procedures. Aside from these, Huawei will expand this feature to other smartphones as well.

Huawei is operating this feature in a limited number of slots in a day. Therefore, interested users may have to wait for their turn to use it.
