Huawei launches new AI cloud services at HDC Cloud 2023

During the 2023, Huawei Cloud Developer Conference, Huawei unveiled new AI Cloud services for the industry.

At the event, Huawei announced the launch of the Ascend AI cloud services, which provide long-term and stable AI computing power, up to 2000P Flops. This is 20 billion times performance.

Ascend AI cloud service can provide longer and more stable AI computing power services. The 30-day long-term stability rate of kilocalorie training reaches 90%, and the breakpoint recovery time does not exceed 10 minutes.

In addition to supporting Huawei’s AI framework Mindspore, Ascend Cloud Service also supports mainstream AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. 90% of the operators in the framework can be smoothly migrated from GPU to Ascend through Huawei’s migration tool.

Huawei Cloud Zhang Pingan said that with the Ascend AI cloud service, everyone does not need to increase the price to grab GPU computing power, and Huawei’s AI cloud service can satisfy.

Aside from these, the event highlights the launch of the new Pangu Large Scale Learning model 3.0 and it comes with various improvements over predecessors.
