Huawei launches DevEco 3.0 IDE with smart features

Today, Huawei launched the 3.0 version of its DevEco Studio development ide, which is specially designed for the development of Huawei software and smart devices in the Huawei environment. The Huawei DevEco 3.0 helps developers to conduct various tasks regarding app development, such as editing, code compilation of programs, exporting and debugging the program, as well as monitoring the performance of your app.

Early this year, the Chinese tech maker has introduced the second beta of this development software and now it has been released in the final form for the developers.

DevEco 3.0:

Integrated Compilation Toolchain:

It supports automatic detection of the completeness of the tools that the project depends on, and provides one-click download and installation of missing tools, which greatly reduces compilation complexity and improves work efficiency.

Shared development by multiple peoples:

Added a remote development environment shared by multiple people based on the Remote-SSH mode, which supports a team sharing a server for compiling and burning.

Source level debugging:

A self-developed debugging plug-in has been added, which supports source-level debugging capabilities, and provides debugging operations such as viewing variables, monitoring, call stacks, viewing general-purpose registers, and decompilation.
