Huawei and JAC Motors will launch their MAEXTRO brand cars in Q1 2025 and aim to ship around 35000 units yearly. A recent input says that both parties are working to make the new brand a mind-blowing sedan in the Chinese automobile market.

As reported by a car enthusiast, the Chairman of JAC Motors Xiang Xingchu says Huawei MAEXTRO cars will have an annual production capacity of 35000 units.

Inputs further reveal that the first MAEXTRO car will enter the production lane by the end of this year. The official sale of this product will begin in H1 2025.

The information also hints that the MAEXTRO smart car will cost nearly 1 million yuan ($140K). With a luxurious design and advanced smart driving solutions, the new sedan will likely give a tough fight to its rivals in the Chinese automobile market.

MAEXTRO car has recently appeared in spy images. It seems to be a large EV that could easily excel Maybach and Rolls-Royce. The pictures show frameless side-view mirrors and doors. The company may also reduce the air drag for a better exterior look.

A LiDAR sensor solution is also visible on the MAEXTRO car’s roof which will help with the real-time scanning of objects. It ensures the safety of the driver as well as the vehicle.
