Huawei improves Mate X3 foldable with August 2024 EMUI security patch
Huawei Mate X3 has already collected the EMUI 14.2 features and it’s time to improve its potential with the August 2024 security patch. The Chinese phone maker is serving the latest security improvements to its old flagship foldable phone.
According to the changelog, the Huawei Mate X3 is receiving the August 2024 update with the EMUI 14.2.0.149 version. Users need to compromise a storage space of 352 Megabytes to download the newest security improvements package.
The firmware doesn’t include any major changes except for the latest security patch. Although this is a significant add-on that improves the overall phone’s health.
EMUI August 2024 security patch resolves around 10 vulnerability exposures. It also fixes third-party library issues found in the previous software build. Thus, Mate X3 users will get a glitch-free experience while operating multiple operations.
