So, developers in China are eligible to test the HarmonyOS 3 via the HarmonyOS 3 developer beta version and start developing apps for the latest HarmonyOS version.

According to the information, the HarmonyOS 3 developer preview includes performance improvements over HarmonyOS 2.0. these are 50 percent improvements in terms of Device discovery performance, 100 percent improvement in terms of HD projection stability, and 20 percent improvement in terms of enhanced cross-device operation performance.
