Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0: How to adjust app icon size

In the month of October, Huawei started pushing latest software update for a plenty of device that were upgraded with HarmonyOS software system. The latest software improvement includes a new feature – HarmonyOS Icon Size.

As its name says, this HarmonyOS feature will allow user to change the size of icon and makes your home screen more adaptive as well as interactive in terms of productivity. The latest future not only lets you choose the icon size but simultaneously adjusts size of widgets, and text on the home screen.

To use the HarmonyOS Icon size feature, visit Settings > Home screen & wallpaper > Home screen settings > Icon size.

Alternatively, you can also visit the home screen settings via the home screen.

• Place two fingers on the home screen and close them inwards
• Select “Home scree settings”
• Select Icon size

Once you enter the icons size settings, a slider will appear on the home screen and will overlap all of the user interface.

Slide left to decrease and slide right ro increase the size of the user interface element. This feature will let you preview the changes on real time on the hom screen. Once finalized, press back to settle the final changes and leave to that adjustment screen.

This feature is quite useful when it come to adjust the size of the home screen icon at our viewing comfort.
