On July 8, 2021, Huawei has established Super Fusion Technology with Zheng Liying as representative and registered capital of 727 million yuan. Its business scope includes the following:

- Software development
- Integrated circuit design
- Manufacturing of digital home products
- Digital video monitoring system manufacturing

- Auxiliary equipment wholesale

According to the shareholder information shows that the company is fully owned by Huawei Technology Co., Ltd.
