Huawei Enjoy 9e grabs EMUI 9.1.0.299 software improvements

Huawei Enjoy 9e is receiving a new software update with EMUI version 9.1.0.299 and it brings February 2022 security update for this model. The update changelog doesn’t contain much of the information regarding the rollout but it does come with new security changes.

More information regarding the Huawei Enjoy 9e EMUI 9.1.0.299 reveals that this software rollout is initiated for the models including – MRD-AL00 and MRD-TL00 in China. However, the entire procedure will happen gradually.

Still, the phone runs EMUI 9.1 and has not been upgraded with EMUI 12 onboard, nor it’s eligible to upgrade over HarmonyOS operating system in China. But, the continuous upgrading treatment for a 3 years old smartphone is such an amusing gift from Huawei to the Enjoy 9e users.

Huawei Enjoy 9e smartphone users can jump on the Updates section via Settings > System > from here you can click on the Software updates and then hit the on-screen instructions.

Huawei Enjoy 9e is equipped with a 6.09-inch HD resolution pearl screen, which accounts for 87% of the screen. The processor is a 12nm process eight-core processor, 3GB of RAM, built-in 64GB internal memory (support expandable storage up to 512GB), 8MP front camera with face unlock support, 13MP rear camera, but no fingerprint reader. The software is EMUI 9.0.
