Huawei could launch two cheap replicas of P60 and Mate 50 flagship phones
Two new Huawei smartphone models appeared online showing the cheap version of the flagship Huawei P60 and Huawei Mate 50.
Chinese certification authority TENAA has listed models – FGD-AL00 and CTR-AL20. Both of these are 4G devices. Alongside the registration, TENAA also published the design of these two upcoming devices.
The model, Huawei FGD-AL00 closely follows Huawei P60. The rear side of the phone has a rectangular camera bump consisting of two cameras and an LED flash. The entire camera arrangement is similar to the Huawei P60. The label on the camera module shows that it has a 50MP main camera with AI features.
Aside from the shape, the rear case doesn’t seem pleasing at all. It appears that the device is using a plastic back. On the front, you will see a flat screen with a hole punch selfie camera. The side of the phone has a volume rocker and a fingerprint-embedded power key. There’s also a key on the left.
The second model – CTR-AL20 has a large circular camera bump, which even surpasses the new Mate 60 Pro. However, the lens arrangement is pretty much like the Huawei Mate 50. The phone has an AI camera and probably equipped with over a 100MP camera system. We can’t confirm the pixel count due to the quality of the image.
The back of the phone brings big curves on the left and right sides. While the front only contains a flat panel with a hole punch on the top.
None of the information has been found about the exact identity of these two models. However, these appear more like cheap versions of Huawei P60 and Mate 50 devices with changes in material and specifications.
