Huawei could launch 5G version of Huawei P60

There is a new report of Huawei getting back into the 5G smartphone market and it’s also mentioned that the company could once again launch Huawei P60 with this network capability.

Reuters mentioned that Huawei may launch a 5G version of its flagship models such as the Huawei P60. It is further said that the company will launch new 5G models by early 2024.

The phone was launched with 4G-only access in March and it would be interesting to see Huawei doing a comeback in the market.

Huawei P60 series equips the most powerful camera system in the world. It is one of the strongest flagships in the P-series. The design language reinvented and the company looked into more areas to deliver a better user experience.

Speaking of which, the Huawei P60 series brings a brand new XMAGE imaging system. It is developed by Huawei after separating itself from Leica.

Huawei P60 series is also the first in the world to bring a two-way satellite communication feature. With that, users can send and receive SMS.

Since 2020, Huawei had to stop making new phones with 5G access. Thereafter, Huawei only launched 4G phones including the 2021’s Huawei P50 series, Mate 50 series, and this year – Huawei P60 series.
