Huawei Children’s Watch 5 Vitality Edition launched with offline GPS

Today, Huawei launched its new kids-friendly watch – Huawei Children’s Watch 5 Vitality Edition in China. This new watch has a hallowed out silicon strap, which rests easily on small wrists.

Interestingly, the Watch Vitality Edition has 10-fold AI positioning, which can enable real-time positioning. This feature uses Huawei’s NLP algorithm and multi-source map fusion positioning.

To be mentioned, the Watch also supports indoor posting, historical trajectory query, delimiting safe areas, setting school locations, setting school time, and more.

This new Huawei Children’s Watch 5 supports video calls via smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. Huawei Children’s Watch 5 launched with various kids’ versions of Chinese apps.

In terms of build quality, the watch has an IPX8 grade waterproof rating and it could also take pictures using the front camera with a posture detection algorithm.
