Huawei Band 10 wearable certified on SDPPI and TUV database
Huawei has now listed a new wearable – Band 10 on some global certification sites. After launching several smartwatches this year, the company started preparing new products to welcome 2025. The device may launch by the first quarter of next year.
The company has certified the Huawei Band 10 wearable on SDPPI and TUV SUD platforms. The former opens channels to sell products in Indonesia while the latter is for other countries like Europe, India, Canada, Germany, and more.
SDPPI certificate is required for all radio equipment. Meanwhile, the TUV SUD certification qualifies a device for better quality, user safety, as well as sustainability.
Band 10 has appeared on the SDPPI and TUV SUD certification sites with the NOR-B29 model number. It falls under the “SmartWatch” category. TUV listing certified the device as a Fitness Wrist Band and reveals an IP68 rating for it.
Just like the Watch GT 5 series, the Band 10 may initially launch in the global markets and then approach China. Other details of the device are currently unknown. The company may reveal some more features of the band in the coming days.
Huawei Band 9
Band 9 comes on the ground in five colors: White, Black, Pink, Yellow, and Blue. It measures 43.45 x 24.54 x 8.99mm and weighs only 14 grams without the strap.
The device has a 1.47-inch AMOLED color screen which has a 194 x 368 pixels resolution and 282 PPI. It supports a new ambient light sensor to auto-adjust the brightness and make the device’s visuals clear even under the sun.
It has a 9-axis inertial sensor including an accelerometer, gyro, as well as a magnetometer. The band also has an optical heart rate sensor and side buttons.
The previous-gen wristband was quite similar to Band 8 in terms of design and key parameters. Even though the device offers effective features, many netizens were disappointed with it. Perhaps, the company may introduce new upgrades with the upcoming smart wristband.
