Huawei Assistant app now adds Sports and Stocks cards for live updates

Huawei Assistant is the new suite of modules designed to provide smart services to users intelligently and quickly, powered by collaborations with leading global brands.

According to information, Huawei has now added two new cards on the Huawei Assitant including Sports Card for live scores and Stocks Card for stock markets live updates. The Sports and Stocks card will be inducted into the smart care section of the application.

This new version of Huawei Assistant is available for EMUI 10.0 version or above and will be available on AppGallery starting February 24.

Here are some of the notable features that Huawei Assistant offers:

Global Search: Global Search is a search bar that allows the user to search for information on your phones such as locally installed apps, memos, emails, calendar entries, and more, as well as searching online.

Instant Access: Instant Access displays the user’s favorite shortcuts right below the search bar. Also, these shortcuts are customizable.

SmartCare: SmartCare displays contextual cards. In the early access version, users will see insights of Calendar, Weather, Missed Calls, Phone Usage, and Data Consumption. As more cards will be introduced later on.

Newsfeed: The Newsfeed displays content based on the language and region settings of the device, as well as in local users’ local language.
