How to report a bug in BGMI

We can see the craze of Battlegrounds Mobile India across the country. From a teenager to a grown man, everyone is fancying this game dearly. But, the bugs that occur during the BGMI matches and in other situations spoil all fun.

However, the developer team also works consistently to get rid of them as soon as possible. But we have to report them first for their quick acknowledgment. Because there isn’t any solution for an unknown problem or issues.

There are two ways to report a bug, first via in-game customer services and second during an ongoing match.

Let’s check, how can we report or solved any bug in the BGMI-

Bug Report through in-game Customer Service in BGMI:

Step 1: Go to the lobby and click the right-most icon on the window. As soon you press it, a sidebar list will be opened with the titles- mail, setting, clan, rank, and report.

Step 2: Now you have to click on the Setting option. After clicking it, the setting screen will be opened. Here you can find the customer service option at the right-bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Pressing the Customer Service will lead to the helping window. On the top menu, there are the most common problems such as hot topics, General, Report, Purchase, and so on. here you have to select the Report option.

Step 4: After clicking on the Report you’ll head to the section with the most common questions with their possible solution. You have to select “What Should I do When I encounter bugs?” and it’ll give you the possible solutions. Follow the further instruction and check if the problem has been solved or not.

Reporting the bug during the match:

If you are experiencing any bug and issue during your match, just tap on the “Report” button. You can find it in the upper right corner and follow the further instructions to solve it. Afterward, a report window will pop up with multiple common issues, you can mark your problem and submit them.
