  • First of all switch off your smartphone
  • Press Volume Up + Key and Power button at the same time, release only when ‘HUAWEI’ is displayed on the screen after vibration. If the condition does not have a physical button then turn off the phone, when the Huawei letter appears on the boot, then press the power button 5 times in a row.
  • Then choose upgrade mode
  • Choose the recovery mode
  • Tab on Downloading and Reinstalling the Latest Version
  • Click on Download and Restore
  • Select WiFi and enter the password
  • Then wait for some time for your smartphone to recover automatically

There are some notes to note and follow before the above process,

Make sure your smartphone is fully charged. If the battery is low it should charge first, it is recommended that the battery is fully charged or above 80%. The above procedure will not delete your phone data so feel free to do so.
