Honor View30 Pro goes global with 5G, dual punch hole display, EMUI 10 and more
February 24, 2020 – At Honor Virtual launch conference, Honor unveiled its first 5G smartphone – Honor View30 Pro for the global consumers.
Honor View30 Pro features a 6.57-inch FHD+ display with dual punch-hole design to house two front cameras. The display is TUV certified to ensure user’s eye safety.
Honor View30 Pro is powered by all in one chip 7nm+ EUV process – Kirin 990 5G, supporting both SA/NSA dual-mode 5G network architecture.
This 5G phone comes with a remarkable camera setup that made its place in the top three-camera smartphone on the DXOMARK surpassing Huawei Mate 30 Pro.
The new Matrix Camera powered triple rear camera comprising 12MP Movie lense/Ultra-wide angle, 40MP main camera, 8MP telephoto, and the laser autofocus.
Honor View30 Pro’s 40MP SuperSensing Camera equipped with new RYYB filter array and f/1.6 large aperture allowing more light to come in. Incorporated with up to 409600 ISO.
Coming to the front side, the View 30 Pro phones have a dual-camera setup of 32MP selfie and an 8MP camera for ultra-wide-angle shots, to cover more people in a single selfie.
From the software side, the Honor V30 Pro comes out of the box with the latest Magic UI 3.0 based on Android 10. Also, the software capabilities and performance are improved by GPU Turbo 3.0, new Link Turbo, and more.
Moreover, the Honor View30 Pro and Honor 9X Pro come pre-installed with AppGallery and Huawei Assistant.
Honor View30 Pro packs 4100mAh that can be recharged with a 40W fast charging, 27W wireless charging, and also reverse wireless charging. Under the hood, these phones have an 8mm heat dissipation that provides PC grade cooling.
In order to provide a full scenario smart devices ecosystem experience, the Honor View30 series can seamlessly connect with Honor’s IoT product, Honor MagicBook, and other devices.
The design of Honor View30 Pro 5G inherits the new 3D rear design made with the AG matte process and comes in four colors of Ocean Blue, Icelandic Frost, and Midnight Black.
