[Update: Honor V30 Pro] Honor V30 receiving March Magic UI security update

Honor V30 Pro also receiving the March 2020 security and system stability with Magic UI version 3.0.1.173.

March 29, 2020:

Earlier this month, Honor rolled a Magic UI update for Honor V30 Pro installing the DXOMARK camera firmware with additional improvements. And now, it’s time to give a new update for Honor V30.

Honor has pushed a new Magic UI version for Honor V30 bringing the latest security patch of March as well as system stability improvements.

Honor V30 receiving March 2020 EMUI security including Google security patches and fixes for 2 critical and 20 high levels of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE).

Note: The update is rolling out in batches, so it may take some time to reach the device.

Honor V30 Magic UI Versions:

The March 2020 security update for Honor V30 comes with Magic UI version 3.0.1.173 an upgrade from 3.0.1.167.

HOW TO UPDATE Honor V30:

Open Settings
Click on ‘System & updates’
Click on ‘Software update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’
