December security update rolling out for Honor V20

Honor V20 or View20 users are officially open for an upgrade to Magic UI 3.0 (Android 10) and users who decided to stay on Magic UI 2.1 (Android 9) now receiving the December security enhancements.

This update for Honor V20 improves system security with the latest Android security patches, and there’s no other improvements to mention.

December 2019 security patch brings fixes to 3 critical, 24 high and 1 medium level of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) found on Huawei/Honor smartphones. The previous update solved 33 CVE.

The update Honor V20 comes with EMUI version 9.1.0.257 and weighs 170MB in size.
