Honor releases new update for Honor Play 4T with October 2020 security patch

Honor has started delivering the new software update for Honor Play 4T users. This update brings the security patch released in October 2020 that enhances the system security.

Honor Play 4T receiving Magic UI 3.1 version 3.1.0.145 which is upgraded from 3.1.0.144 and install the October 2020 security patch that fixes 21 high-level and 1 medium level of CVE’s.

Recently, Huawei has released the same security patch for Honor Play 4T Pro, which improves the security of the system. Both the devices Honor play 4T and 4T Pro are in line for Magic UI 4 but, the company didn’t disclose any official information yet regarding Magic UI 4 bet testing for Play 4T/4T Pro.
