Honor has announced that its upcoming Magic 6 series will use giant rhino glass technology for powerful drop-resistant capabilities. Eventually, the tech giant has focused on every segment of its approaching flagship to offer a durable experience.

The ultimate Magic 6 series is ready to make its debut and meanwhile, the company is constantly revealing new techs imposed on the device. In the latest edition, Honor shared a new video, talking about the rhino glass technology used for the Magic 6 series.

The video highlights two devices – Magic 6 phone and an anonymous handset participating in the screen test. Both models went through falls from high places, scary knife impacts, and other display-relevant activities. Although, the company hasn’t revealed the outcomes yet.

Looking at the dynamic clip, some netizens said that the Honor Magic 6 series is equipped with powerful display technology. Perhaps, one won’t have to fear the breaking of the device or screen panel.

Honor Rhino Glass Technology:

According to the details, the second-generation giant rhino glass technology gains improvements in the nanocrystalline process and crystal density. It also optimizes the drop resistance capabilities using more enhanced material and technical formulas.

Furthermore, the enhanced Rhino Glass technology is highly scratch and drop-resistant. The glass excels in 9H hardness and remains brittle to high falls and other harsh materials such as marble, asphalt, or gravel roads. Hence, it reduces the damage risk and increases the durability of the device.

It is worth noting that Honor Giant Rhino Glass tech has qualified for the Swiss SGS five-star drop resistance certification. On the flip side, it is said to bring ultra clarity for color display without compromising vibrance and visual quality.

Honor Magic 6 series will land on the consumer platform on January 11. By that time, we may find more unveiling regarding the key specs of the device.
