Honor GT smartphone is coming and ahead of the official launch, the device’s display, camera, and battery specs surfaced online. The company is seemingly giving a powerful look to its new handset with a high-end screen and a giant cell with effective charging.

Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation shared the display, camera, and battery specs of the Honor GT. Starting with the screen, the model will bring a 6.7-inch flat LTPS display panel with ultra-high frequency PWM dimming. It will offer 1.5K resolution.

The tipster mentioned “PC-level” super-resolution for the phone’s display. It will likely deliver a more realistic viewing experience, especially for gaming lovers.

Another useful addition to the Honor GT could be a 5300mAh battery. The cell may support a 100W super-fast charger. These parameters will ensure a durable experience and fast power charging to prevent any interruption while gaming.

The tipster further reveals that Honor GT may sport an aerospace-level body with heat-dissipation material and master-level stereo dual speakers. It could also equip a 50MP OIS-oriented main camera and a 12MP ultrawide-angle shooter on the back.

Regarding dimensions, the phone can be 7.7mm thick and weigh 196 grams. But these inputs still require official confirmation. Hence, let’s wait for the launch date.

Honor has today teased the GT phone flaunting its AI defocus eye protection screen, just like the Magic 7 series. Although the screen is particularly made for “healthy gaming”. It has qualified for the German Rhine TUV Flicker-free certificate.

The new AI defocus eye-protection screen improves transient myopia by 13 degrees. It will feature 3840Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming and 360-degree adaptive dimming to improve backlight brightness by 20%. It also aids in sleeping by relieving eye fatigue up to 14%.
