Honor announces list of selected users for MagicOS 8.0 (Android 14) beta testing
Honor started the MagicOS 8.0 beta testing recruitment for the Magic 5 and 4 series last month and today, the company has shared a list of selected users. Accordingly, the shortlisted phone holders will soon receive the first beta build to explore a new experience.
The company has dropped an announcement thread in the community along with a list of selected Honor Magic 5 and Magic 4 series users for MagicOS 8.0 internal beta testing.
Eventually, those who have enrolled themselves in the MagicOS 8.0 beta phase, can visit the My Honor app and look for the review status. If you see the “Passed” term, then you are eligible to enjoy new features before the official software release.
However, if you see the status as “under review” then it could mean that your application has not been selected. Don’t worry and wait patiently as the tech giant will soon release the MagicOS 8.0 internal beta version for you.
MagicOS 8.0 (Android 14) beta test is recruiting 3000 users for each lineup. The recruitment program is open till December 14. To sign up, you can visit the My Honor App and navigate to the Club Channel. Now select the Upgrade tab and apply for the internal testing.
Note that the first beta version may install performance and instability issues on your device. Hence, ensure a complete backup before the installation. Also, you must have sufficient storage and battery levels in your device to carry out the download process smoothly.
