Honor 9S update brings calling improvement and new apps

Honor Honor 9S comes with a 5.45 LCD display with HD+ (1440 x 720p) resolution, MediaTek Helio P22 processor, Magic UI 3.1, 2GB+32GB storage, 3020mAh battery, and more. This Honor phone is now receiving a new software update that brings a number of new improvements and addition to the phone.

The latest software rollout for the Honor 9S update comes with calling improvements as well as a number of new mobile apps – Huawei Books, Linknow, and more. These additions to the Honor 9S will surely bring a new user experience for the Honor 9S consumers.

HOW TO UPDATE:

Download via Settings:

• Open Settings
• Click on the System & Updates
• Open Software update
• Tap on Check for updates option
• If an update is available, click on Download and install
• After installation Reboot the device

Download via Support app:

• Open the Support app on your device
• Go to the Service tab
• Click on the update button
• Tap on Check for update option
• If an update is available, click on Download and install
• After installation Reboot the device

What’s new in this update:

The latest Honor 9S update comes with Magic UI 3.1.0.154 software version an up update package size of 576MB.

• The update is rolling out in batches so it may take some time/days to reach your device.
  EMUI version and size may vary.
