Honor 9N receiving February EMUI security update
First Honor Play and now the Honor 9N is grabbing a new software update that brings new security enhancements for this device.
According to the information, Honor 9N users receiving a new EMUI update which brings the latest security improvements. Other than its security patch, there’s no new change noticed in the changelog.
The February 2020 security comes with Google security patches and fixes 2 critical and 20 high levels of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE).
One of the critical CVE-2020-0022 AKA BlueFrag is also fixed in this update, which allows silent code execution on the device that leads to data theft and spreading malware.
EMUI VERSIONS:
Honor 9N receiving the February 2020 security update with EMUI version 9.1.0.136 and 203MB in software package size.

EMUI 10:
Honor 9N is not eligible to receive EMUI 10 and if anything new appears about these devices, we’ll keep you posted.

Click on ‘Services’ tab
Click on ‘Update’

Click on ‘Download and install’
