Honor 90 Pro to equip 100W charger, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 200MP camera
Honor 90 and 90 Pro has recently received a 3C China certificate, which reveals a charging capacity of up to 100W. The latest input is a part of the ongoing launch preparation for the Honor 90 series.
According to the details, Honor smartphone models – REP-AN00 and REA-AN00 have cleared 3C certification. These phones are identified as Honor 90 Pro and Honor 90 respectively.
The certificate shows that Honor 90 Pro (REP-AN00) has a charger with model number – HN-200500C05/C06 and it could output a maximum of 100W (5A, 20VDC) capacity. It also supports backward compatibility at 66W (6A, 11VDC).
Meanwhile, the Honor 90 (REA-AN00) equips an HN-110600C00/C01/C02 supported charger. While it supports a charging input of 66W (6A, 11VDC) and backward charging compatibility of 40W (4A, 20VDC), as well as 10W (2A, 5VDC).
The tipster DigitalChatStation mentioned that Honor 90 Pro supports the new 20V 4.5A (90) turbocharging protocol. This is quite a capability that Honor has added to the upcoming mainstream digital lineup and will help the users to recharge the device at a super fast speed.

Huawei 100W charger:
Huawei Nova 11 Pro model packs a 4500 mAh high-capacity battery with 100W Huawei Super Fast Charge Turbo 2.0. The phone can be fully charged in 20 minutes with no use and can be charged to 50% in 15 minutes with the screen on.
Other specifications:
Aside from charging capacity, Honor 90 series will also sport a big battery and a 1.5K+ resolution screen. Furthermore, the phone will use the latest 5G Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
200MP camera:
Honor 90 Pro will also use a 200MP Samsung HP3 ISOCELL camera, which is an upgrade to the 160MP camera used in the Honor 80 Pro. This will help the phone to take high-quality photographs. However, we don’t have input on how the company has furnished its use case.
Launch date:
Currently, Honor has not confirmed the launch date of the Honor 90 series but a past leak suggests that the unveiling could happen later this month or early next.
